Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exclusions

Please note that bespoke, made-to-measure, or personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description and photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, please email sale@mclellanclothing.com with your order number, school if appropriate and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
